动手做一做:“豌豆荚烧里脊条”

原料:豌豆荚200克,猪里脊肉200克。盐5克、料酒25克、葱片15克、姜片1O克、味精4克、高汤30克、淀粉5克、色拉油50克、老南瓜20克制法:

1、豌豆荚掐去两头,去筋。猪里脊肉切条,加盐、料酒、葱片腌渍人味,入沸水中汆至八成熟后捞出。老南瓜去皮切条。

2、炒锅上火,加油烧热,放葱姜片煸香,倒入豌豆荚、里脊条、南瓜条翻炒均匀,加入少许高汤焖3分钟,用盐、味精调味,拣去葱片、姜片,勾芡后装盘即可。
